Refund And Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide quality services and products while ensuring fair and transparent practices for all transactions. Below are the guidelines for refunds and cancellations across our offerings.


1. CONSULTATION SESSIONS 

Refunds are strictly not available for canceled consultation sessions. However, clients are offered a one-time opportunity to reschedule their session to provide some flexibility.  


To utilize this rescheduling option, clients must submit their request at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows us sufficient time to accommodate the change and offer the new time slot to other clients if needed.  


To initiate the rescheduling process, you should send an email clearly specifying the following: 


  • Full Name 
  • Original booking details (e.g., session date and time).  


Our team will review the request and make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Please note that this rescheduling opportunity can only be availed once per session. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the session being counted as completed without any opportunity for rescheduling or refunds.  


2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refunds for digital products are not permitted due to the nature of these items. When a purchase is completed, purchasers are granted instant and unrestricted access to the content, making it impossible to revoke or reclaim the delivered product.  

Clients are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance if they encounter any challenges accessing their purchased digital products. In such cases, our team will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly and ensure clients can access their content without further difficulties.  


Please contact us with inquiries or for support related to digital product access. While refunds are not provided, we remain committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience with all our digital offerings.  


3. COURSES  


Refunds may only be issued if:  


  • The course was purchased accidentally and has not been accessed.  
  • The request is made within 48 hours of purchase, and the purchaser is dissatisfied with the content.  
  • For refund inquiries related to courses, contact us.  


4. MENTORSHIP, Q&A, AND BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS

Due to the highly personalized nature of mentorship, Q&A, and brainstorming services, refunds are not available once these services are purchased. We dedicate significant time and resources to preparing for each client’s needs, and as such, once these services are rendered, we cannot issue refunds.


5. TRANSCRIPTION PROJECTS  

Refunds are subject to the project’s progress. 


For projects in progress, refunds may be issued for the portion of the work not yet completed, less fees incurred to return payment.  


No refunds will be issued if:  


  • The project is more than halfway complete.  
  • The project is in the proofreading or editing phase.  
  • The project has been completed. In this case, clients may request a revision within the original project scope. New revision requests or adjustments beyond the initial scope will incur additional charges.  


Refund details and conditions are further outlined in our Transcription Project Agreement.  


6. VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE/VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE  


Refunds are not available for these retainer services. 


  • Once payment is made, the hours are considered earned.  
  • Unused hours are non-refundable and do not carry over past the retainer period.  
  • For additional clarity, refer to our Virtual Assistance Agreement.  


APPROVED REFUNDS  

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on the original payment method, additional time may be required for the funds to reflect in the client’s account.
