This means I cannot assist with issues such as:
- Account restrictions or bans
- Warnings or account verification issues
- Withdrawals, payment holds, or disputes
- Order cancellations managed by Fiverr Support
- Technical errors, buyer/seller disputes, or TOS-related matters
These types of issues must be addressed directly through Fiverr Customer Support.
My sessions are educational and experience-based, built on what has worked for me as a Top Rated Seller and for other mentees over the years. The guidance you receive is intended to help you grow strategically and make informed decisions about your Fiverr business. However, you are solely responsible for any changes made to your Fiverr profile, gigs, or account settings following the session.
If you book a session specifically for account restriction, deactivation, or any issue that requires Fiverr Support intervention, your session will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Refund, Rescheduling & Attendance Policy
- No Refunds: All mentorship session bookings are non-refundable.
- Punctuality: Please arrive at least five (5) minutes before your call. If you are more than five (5) minutes late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time, and you will receive the remaining value of the session based on the time left.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend your session will not qualify for a refund.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are discretionary and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
